Summary
Add a SummaryScott Pilgrim plays in a band which aspires to success. He dates Knives Chau, a high-school girl five years younger, and he hasn't recovered from being dumped by his former girlfriend, now a success with her own band. When Scott falls for Ramona Flowers, he has trouble breaking up with Knives and tries to romance Ramona. As if juggling two women wasn't enough, Ramona comes with baggage: seven ex-lovers, with each of whom Scott must do battle to the death in order to win Ramona.

Add a CommentIts a comedy action comic brought to life. Very well done by Edgar Wright of Shaun of the dead and hot fuzz fame. Very funny and I was unfamiliar with the comic.
This Movie is Awesomeeeee
I really enjoyed the movie. I like Michael Cera a lot, and he did not disappoint. I also like comics and games, so that probably helped. I even teared up at the end when Pilgrim finally learned his "Life Lesson." It was nice.
After reading the book first to Scott Pilgrim, I was completely blown away. It was smart, funny, and the plot was incredible. Knowing that, I had to see the movie, and though some of the most funniest parts to the book were cut out from the movie for the sake of time, it was truly quick-witted and hysterically funny.The retro style of gaming for the movie's screen play brought me back to the 90's games, and for every fight a simple "Vs." would appear to let you know it was on!! Before closing this review, I would like to say Micheal Cera was born to do this role, I don't see anyone else doing this better than him. I give it a 5/5 Stars.
So funny
THis movie is actually, SURPRISINGLY good! I had pretty low expectations, after watching the trailer, so I skipped out on it. That is, until I randomly found it, and decided, heck why not. Very entertaining, and original.
You get 5 stars of fun, smart entertainment perfectly realized. EVERYone did a great job on this film.
AWESOME everyone should watch it.
